  • The most important thing they look at is how many other people they've elevated and helped develop. Other factors include how well they work on a team, how often they meet or exceed expectations, how conscious they are of factors that cause expectations not being met, etc. The biggest thing is the development of others around them.

  • As an hourly non-exempt employee, in a Fulfillment Center, it's better than any other full-time job I've had. I get 3 days off per week and only have mandatory overtime maybe once or twice a year (not counting the COVID years). I accrue time off in hours I can use whenever I want, rather than the traditional points system.

  • Depends on what part of the company you're in. If you're working in a Fulfillment Center as an hourly employee, you accrue a certain number of hours per week of Unpaid and Paid time off. Then you can use the hours any time you want. Salaried employees have "unlimited" PTO but they get asked more questions as to why they are not at work. I am not sure how other parts of the business do vacation time, such as the call centers or corporate employees in the FCs.

  • It's 2 weeks. Cannot be late at all. Not even 1 minute. Fairly straightforward and easy. Ask a lot of questions. You might not be fully prepared for the floor otherwise.
