What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring competent team leads preferably from inside the company. My current supervisor is newer than I am and cancels most huddles and I have yet to have a 1 on 1 been on the team for over a month.

Leadership needs to get better at leading. There is no leadership presence or direction to unify teams together, and there is little communication from leadership on topics that matter to employees. Teams operate in silos with no regard for other teams, platforms, or internal user experience.

The culture was never mature or healthy, however it made a drastic downward spiral when customer service was moved out of the corporate building. We were left with the VP of Customer Service and no one overseeing her. HR reported to her too which helped conceal the way she mistreated the employees.

the company needs to grow up. Put people in charge that actually know how to manage and deal with deadlines. Management that knows how to work. Gets out on the floor and watches whats going on. Instead of sitting in their offices looking at adult magazines.
