If team members were paid fairly they would care more about their jobs. Right now there is no concern for safety or quality of work. Livable wages would attract better employees and turn over would not be nearly as high as it is at Fulfillment Centers.

Lip Service paid to "Ruthless Prioritization" is tragic. Dire emphasis on Accelerate Time conflicts with other OPs. Everything at Chewy is top priority, we don't have the headcount to deliver insane timelines set, and leaders throw others under the bus upon the inevitable result. "No" is not allowed

The way Management handles our department causes stress and confusion for everyone they're managing. Problems don't get fixed, the same issues pop up week after week, and more projects are handed down with no resolutions to the issues with the last ones. We work more, for the same low pay /no thanks
