Negative talk only, no positive, management only cares about NUMBERS, not SAFETY. As a lead, I ran a crew and had no issues with staff performing and making numbers without hounding them. I always gave positive results. I also treated the staff to lunches once a month for their performance.

No one picks up mess, supervisors need to be on floor to see what's going on out there, too much horsing around, lazy employees, rules not enforced.

Chewy is toxic and your day is filled with emails from multiple departments and client groups inquiring about everything. You will spend more time responding to emails than getting anything completed. Leadership is useless and the only development opportunity is external.
