What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers call screaming at us for mistakes of previous reps. We need more competent training and to make sure ALL departments are on the same page.

Flatten the org structure. Why is their so many levels of managers managing other managers. Toxis leaders exist across the company. Ive interacted with many at the VP/Sr Director level. New C-Suite hire their friends to join in verticals that they have 0 experience. CEO hires wife and cousin. Messy

Negative talk only, no positive, management only cares about NUMBERS, not SAFETY. As a lead, I ran a crew and had no issues with staff performing and making numbers without hounding them. I always gave positive results. I also treated the staff to lunches once a month for their performance.

No one picks up mess, supervisors need to be on floor to see what's going on out there, too much horsing around, lazy employees, rules not enforced.

Chewy is toxic and your day is filled with emails from multiple departments and client groups inquiring about everything. You will spend more time responding to emails than getting anything completed. Leadership is useless and the only development opportunity is external.

I would like to see more accountability, more cross-functional team support, more oportunities to educate stakeholders in other departments and showcase the big picture. Learn to operate as 'one band, one sound'.
