What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate teammates are extremely supportive, just as driven as I am, both caring for the success of the company and the mental health of each other. Always willing to help, educate, and research towards a common goal. Wonderful brainstormers.

I work well with my direct coworkers (there are only 3 in my department) but outside of that there are very few I interact with. Some are very unfriendly and some are even immediately defensive or rude and hateful.

Not being so fake to one another

Not everyone works equally. Alot of younger people which means lots of drama. Several occasions of couples working together and bringing personal issues to work which can be very disruptive.

Drive best it's horrible in multi and the following each other every Sunday and Monday is getting beyond itself...put lines in the aisle so people will drive correct
