Better proactive planning -- current culture is to share pre-reads at the start of the meeting vs. before, then spend the first ~10-20 min camera off reading. This results in minimal time to digest and think critically about the material at hand, and often the only voices heard are the loudest.

Too many peers still operate and perform on the level of the previous role, where is the accountability? If the associate can't meet the demands or expectations of the role, why haven't they moved on to a new role or taken a step back, allowing someone else to step in who is ready and capable
