What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring competent team leads preferably from inside the company. My current supervisor is newer than I am and cancels most huddles and I have yet to have a 1 on 1 been on the team for over a month.

Very little tops-down prioritization across initiatives, as teams create annual operating plans in siloes & those plans are reviewed & approved individually. This results in scattered & often conflicting priorities by the time they're socialized to employees, leading to confusion & inefficiency

The executive team at Fulfillment Centers need to fight for their employees. Team members here are over worked and underpaid. We are the true backbone of making this company possible, yet we are treated the worst. Right now we are still being paid at poverty levels.

Organization, consistency. i moved to a new team lead against my will and its inconsistent the amount of care i received from my previous manager to the one i have now. Its astonishing how an employees worth and work ethic can change when they are supported vs. unsupported.
