They tend to leave you alone. Which is a double edged sword.
My immediate manager listens and validates my concerns, even if we arent aligned. Provides insight and alternative perspectives to hep understand a bogger pocture when needed. Shows eagerness to understand and learn any areas they are not proficient in to better ensure they can support me in my role
Open to hearing viewpoints that do not exactly align with their own.
Customer first. Oth jntern and external, earning trust, and debating openly committed fully
Review from HR Dept
Kind, caring, tough but fair. Very approachable. Most approachable exec team I've had in 10+ years of Corp America.
Review from HR Dept
They really value your input and want to know about your experience (what can be improved, what's going well, etc.)
Review from Marketing Dept
They are very informative and also attentive to the general population of employees. In a nutshell, they listen!
Review from HR Dept
Flexible, understands how developers work and not pressuring
Review from IT Dept
MY personal leadership team is amazing but I know there are many other areas where ALL of the leadership is lacking. In some areas team members don't even know who their leadership are.
Review from Product Dept
There is clear and frequent communication.

Leadership is driven to meet customer needs and grow the company long-term; rare for a public company.
Review from Marketing Dept

Review from Marketing Dept
Hiring competent team leads preferably from inside the company. My current supervisor is newer than I am and cancels most huddles and I have yet to have a 1 on 1 been on the team for over a month.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The executive team is only focused on supporting BC Partners exit from the sector. Along with the S-3ASR filing with the SEC. This is common in geowing companies, but Chewy is struggling to keeps its head above water. First round of layoffs, with more to come.
Review from Admin Dept
Leadership needs to get better at leading. There is no leadership presence or direction to unify teams together, and there is little communication from leadership on topics that matter to employees. Teams operate in silos with no regard for other teams, platforms, or internal user experience.
Review from IT Dept
Reviewing additional benefits to be most competitive.
planning and executing vs. running everywhere. we are no longer a startup and are NOT Amazon, have to think in terms of scale
Review from HR Dept
Being understanding and compassionate not only for the customers but for the employees as well because thats who really make or break the company.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Listing to problems team members bring to there attention. Keep an eye out on safety! They dont do that at all. When there is actually no work and a team member sits down, why call them out in front of the fulfillment center? Managment needs to be fixed asap before people walk out!
Review from Operations Dept
Communication, treating employees with respect, doing their job properly.
Review from Product Dept
The management/team leads need to learn how to be on the same page about rules/regulations. There is a lot of back and forth, he said she said going on within. This company. The managers and team leads pretend to care about the new traineess, but in reality, they do not. They give a lot of conflict
Review from Customer Support Dept
Don't help at all just in for there own
Review from Operations Dept
Running a facility period. Communication. How to manage people. How to be professional. Understanding what it takes to sufficiently run a facility. Make workers aware of dangerous situations, for example, when there is a fire or the equipment catches fire and no alarms go off. And Covid-19.
Review from Operations Dept
Treat the employees like real people with real lives. Also, they need to let people who want to come back for a third time come back.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to learn their jobs to teach us are jobs. Someone needs to get hr people to do their jobs instead of doing their nails, playing on their phones, or trying to find a new man.
Review from Product Dept
The culture was never mature or healthy, however it made a drastic downward spiral when customer service was moved out of the corporate building. We were left with the VP of Customer Service and no one overseeing her. HR reported to her too which helped conceal the way she mistreated the employees.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Providing our employees the same service at a minimum that we are expected to provide to our customers at any given time.

How to give Constructive Criticism instead of just criticism.

Listen to engineering when developing technology strategies.
Actually Doing their job better
Review from Customer Support Dept
The team needs to manage the business based on facts and data. Nepotism is rampant. Be a better listener work through influencing your teams, not Micromanaging every granular detail
Review from Admin Dept
Bosses never work but always criticizing the people under them.
