I treat my fellow employees as I like to be treated. I show respect and loyalty to my employees I work the same they do . Being in maintenance when you walk through those doors you do know when you will get back home. I am also a work with RCCC as a Mentor for one employee who going to apprentice

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring competent team leads preferably from inside the company. My current supervisor is newer than I am and cancels most huddles and I have yet to have a 1 on 1 been on the team for over a month.

Leadership needs to get better at leading. There is no leadership presence or direction to unify teams together, and there is little communication from leadership on topics that matter to employees. Teams operate in silos with no regard for other teams, platforms, or internal user experience.

The culture was never mature or healthy, however it made a drastic downward spiral when customer service was moved out of the corporate building. We were left with the VP of Customer Service and no one overseeing her. HR reported to her too which helped conceal the way she mistreated the employees.

Everything. Favoritism is rampant and they are losing talent from Ivy League universities and favoring less-skilled, far more robotic replacements. Company does not foster synergy and workflow is manual and not automated. Lots of pointless meetings. Not a great place to grow.
