I think that SLPC compensation should be reflected with its Importance of the role. We are required to oversee that the facility runs safely, smoothly with out reducing productivity. I think having a incentive based raise or bonus program based on employee performance would be beneficial.

It's not about the amount but i think i deserve a higher compensation or level based on the work i've done and the contribution/impact ive been made. Additionally, thouch we have works under tracking but my leadership team only reach out to other people while the owner is actually me.
