The annual merit is beyond mediocre. And while the LTI is a great perk, it only matters if you plan on staying for 2-4 years, which is a big commitment when HR/TA makes it harder and harder each year to get promoted. It feels like they keep instituting new murky policies designed to block growth.

I think that SLPC compensation should be reflected with its Importance of the role. We are required to oversee that the facility runs safely, smoothly with out reducing productivity. I think having a incentive based raise or bonus program based on employee performance would be beneficial.
