Focus on the solution, rather than blame for the problem we're resolving. True, company-wide knowledge management. A focus on building and developing leaders, instead of promoting high-functioning individual-contributors to leadership roles. Data access and analysis.

to actually act on you policies and procedures, to make sure our TM's are adhearing to them, and they are held acountable for the wrong doings they perform, or be acknowledged when they may or may not meet the top numbers but at least they are working hard instead of hardly working

Connective tissue isn't there. We have done a poor job at creating a virtual corporate community during COVID. Given that teams are going to be virtual to one extent or another (e.g., SEA/BOS/FLA campuses), we still need to build that skill set.
