The best and most supportive team I have worked with in veterinary medicine. I have been a practicing veterinarian for 23 years and a licensed veterinarian technician for 10 years prior to that. My team is the best!!!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody is happy here. Leadership is so bad, that employee morale couldn't be worse. It's not a fun environment-- everybody hates leadership, especially local workers who now have to forfeit time and money by going into the office when they were previously told they could work remote indefinitely

Caring more about their team in leadership roles would be nice. It's nice they're paid high 5 to 6 figure salaries but we're all suffering at the bottom.
Please hire more diversity. I worked in IT, 95% of the senior software engineer are men. I was the only colored woman on the team. Everyone there either worked for more than 5 years or they have been there when the company started so they have their own group and don't really listen to you.
Too much meeting. Business people are the one that's driving the features but they don't understand what it takes to implement.
Better Transparency and clear communication
