Toxic work environment, Bullies from the regional leadership all the way up to the top. They are all so out of touch with what really happens on site. Give them a 100%, and they ask whey not 110%. No show of appreciation to employees and you will be micromanaged to death.

Communocation and truthfulness. My communiry manager id absolute GARBAGE. SHES A LIAR.
