I have historically enjoyed working at Maersk and would have recommended it as a great place to work. However, in recent years, several changes - such has the removal of certain benefits and reduced workplace flexibility-have had a negative impact on overall employee experience.
Everything was great til they announced we have to come to the office 5 days a week with no real reasoning.
The values are not core to how day to day business is conducted. There is a lack of initiative and care
No opportunity for growth. Most career moves are considered lateral combined with very low annual salary increases despite long term tenure.
