How employees describe working at A.P. Moller - Maersk
I have historically enjoyed working at Maersk and would have recommended it as a great place to work. However, in recent years, several changes - such has the removal of certain benefits and reduced workplace flexibility-have had a negative impact on overall employee experience.
Everything was great til they announced we have to come to the office 5 days a week with no real reasoning.
The values are not core to how day to day business is conducted. There is a lack of initiative and care
No opportunity for growth. Most career moves are considered lateral combined with very low annual salary increases despite long term tenure.

Very high professional ethics and integrity. People in general like to do a good job and take pride in their work. It is a very collaborative environment where colleagues are generally very helpful and take care of each other.
