
Correct goals and direction - and the resources to get things done. New employees should be evaluated and there should be strict interview panel to judge the candidate.
Pay employees fairly - if they're doing the job right, they should be getting paid according to the industry standards and not by the years of experience. There's no definition of appraisals - no performance evaluation - there should be quarterly goal settings and employees be measured accordingly.
Pushing down OKRs and KPIs at the grass-root level so that each and every employee is aligned to it. I don't feel all employees feel accountable and responsible for their work - delegating work without adequate resources won't help achieve the objective to become the visionary in this space.
