What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn to adapt to changing market conditions. Learn to recognize employee achievements. Respect weekends, evenings, and PTO, so employees can actually step away from their desks and recharge.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Engaging culture and environment. The social events are great. The additional perks (massage, exercise, Wed lunches) are excellent. I genuinely enjoy coming to work to tackle new issues.

Respect work/life balance. Remove managers that haven't a clue. Remove the layers to make a decision. Stop the nepotism.
