Includes many people, for a well-rounded view of the applicant and the applicant gets to meet many future colleagues

(When we worked in the office) No personal space, overcrowded office. Nothing anyone does is enough, there is no praise given.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn to adapt to changing market conditions. Learn to recognize employee achievements. Respect weekends, evenings, and PTO, so employees can actually step away from their desks and recharge.
