Listening to employee and their concerns and needs.

Learn to adapt to changing market conditions. Learn to recognize employee achievements. Respect weekends, evenings, and PTO, so employees can actually step away from their desks and recharge.

Pushing down OKRs and KPIs at the grass-root level so that each and every employee is aligned to it. I don't feel all employees feel accountable and responsible for their work - delegating work without adequate resources won't help achieve the objective to become the visionary in this space.
