Automation Anywhere Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

AAI pays well for men, does not pay well for women.

Review from Marketing Dept

Stocks, Good Hike, Worklife Balance

Review from Engineering Dept

Competitive salaries, and very good benefits package.

Review from Marketing Dept

fair, good health and life insurance

Review from Sales Dept

It is better than what other similar sized companies offer.

Review from Operations Dept

Transparent consistent quarterly variable pay

Review from Marketing Dept

Equity and the bonus has paid out more than 100% for the past two years.

stock has a lot of potential

Review from Product Dept

The bonus would be the best part.

Review from Marketing Dept

It's competitive and as per market rate. 401K contribution would be appreciated

sales multipliers for exceeding quota

Review from Sales Dept

Competitive OTE for the position

Review from Sales Dept

The salary is very good and bonus is adequate. I would like to see some additional incentive opportunities quarterly and more importantly, opportunities to earn additional stock options.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Healthcare Benefits are very good

Review from Marketing Dept

How easy it was to change medical

Review from Operations Dept

Unlimited PTO and good healthcare

Review from Marketing Dept

Not sure I haven't gotten paid my commissions yet.

Review from Sales Dept

strong base and bonus, unlimited PTO

Review from HR Dept

The comp package is well balanced.

Review from Executive Dept

I appreciate that I have upside in equity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Comparing the new folks that are being hired and the market value, i am not being paid fairly and i have brought up few times. I like AA and would like stick around and don't want this reason for me to move forward.

Review from Customer Support Dept

1) Better RSU or Stock grants 2) Refreshers 3) Career Ladder 4) 401 K 5) Better perks at work

Review from Engineering Dept

401k plan match , career opportunities within company actively encouraged.

Review from Engineering Dept

The clarity in pay equity

Review from HR Dept

My shares are significantly lower than others in my position. I spoke to management about it and was lied to. "Everyone has the same as you"...Ive heard this many times. Ive confirmed this was not true by looking at colleagues (they shared) contracts.

Review from Sales Dept

Lack of clarity over value of equity. Base comp is low; bonus is totally out of alignment with market

Review from HR Dept

As a lead/principal development engineer working with cutting edge technologies are paid relatively better in Bay area from what I hear from my professional friends

Review from Engineering Dept

market match, do 401k matching or increase stock options

Review from Engineering Dept

All of my peers are male, all of my peers have a higher title, despite similar scope of programs we manage. The perceived hierarchy often causes unnecessary obstacles for me to move forward on many initiatives.

Review from Engineering Dept

Doing work of Sr. Dir or VP. Need promotion to clear a path to elevate my team and my career path

Review from Marketing Dept

my pay is behind the market and area. medical benefits are phenomenal, but lack of 401k match is not good.

Review from Operations Dept

Feel valued at organization but also feel that targets and compensation structure are lower than industry

Review from Executive Dept

No 401K match, no corporate match for causes, company want to hire experienced person but does not want to listen to expertise, direction changes often, employees are not treated equally, almost always have to work in the weekends and evenings for someone else's emergencies.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay employees fairly - if they're doing the job right, they should be getting paid according to the industry standards and not by the years of experience. There's no definition of appraisals - no performance evaluation - there should be quarterly goal settings and employees be measured accordingly.

Review from Product Dept

The compensation was appropriate at the time it started. However, as the company has grown it has not kept pace with market compensation.

Review from Marketing Dept

i feel it's behind the market for the position, industry, and location i live in

Review from Operations Dept

The process for feedback / performance reviews is in flux, also while there is a move to align with OKRs its not clear how that ties into goals and incentives

Review from Engineering Dept

While compensation is good, it's under market value.

Review from Operations Dept

The company's comp and benefits are behind the times. For example, lack of 401(k) match. As another example, lack of quality of life things like fresh fruit and healthy snacks.
