  • The CEO has a great vision for the company, but is the Master who hires slave drivers and treats everyone like slaves, as if the only thing they had to do was devote their full time to the company. He is entirely full of himself and leads a company with a terrible culture. So what if you're working 12 days straight without a day off - as scheduled? Yes, you are expected to stay at work 2-5 hours after your 9 hour shift. Have a kid you need to take care of? A big exam at university? A second job? Too bad. Need 3 days off to get married? Go to a funeral? You will walk off the job before they fire you, because they only want people who bend over backwards.
