There are some language barriers and it would definitely help if the management were required to be bilingual in order to curtail any sort of conflicts that evolve.
It can be positive at times, However it is quite often full of tension and resentments because of the management teams inability to make fair or sound decisions in regards to many of their employees. There is favoritism and it is not respectively earned.
We never recieve raises and some of my coworkers have been with this location and this company for 20 years and no raise. The company cuts corners even though they are a part of a corporation, and the owners are left with way too much personal control over the way the employees are treated.
