For decades we relied on grills and other appliances to promote this joyful moment, but let's be honest, every time something seemed to be missing. I believe both within our team and in meetings with other departments it is very collaborative and respectful. I enjoy that everyone is interested in others on a personal level.

I feel like the pay could be a little higher considering high inflation and that the company continues to grow rapidly. It's not bad pay, but I feel like it could be improved.

The leadership team is very genuine and hardworking. They set a good example of ethical and diligent work. I feel that they consider the employees' success and growth opportunities while doing what's best for the company.

I feel like I am doing something that I personally love, but that I get to work for a good company that enriches lives through creating products that bring people together and makes life easier and enjoyable. I love the people I work with and the opportunities for growth that I have been given.
