What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to talking to people who don't directly report to them. I never feel like I'm bugging them when I have a question for anyone in leadership.

I feel like the pay could be a little higher considering high inflation and that the company continues to grow rapidly. It's not bad pay, but I feel like it could be improved.

Everyone is open to feedback and providing feedback. I feel like I can work with each person on my team and I feel like the effort we provide is all very valuable.
