Blackstone Products is a good company to work for. They have good values and try to donate and assist in the community. The work/life balance is alright too. PTO policy needs work, but overall I would say it's a good opportunity to start working here and see what opportunities open up.

Blackstone is a great place to work with plenty of opportunity. The culture is great, employees are great and it is a great place to work. There is always something to learn and somewhere you can apply your skills.

Overall, I like working at Blackstone. There are a lot of fun perks, like team cooks, food, getting a free Blackstone, and a chill work environment. I feel like there are decently strong employee cliques. I like it here, but I wouldn't say I LOVE it.

It's been so rewarding to see the growth and success of Blackstone Products! I love the energy and the collaboration that I experience every day.

Great place to work and great people

My immediate leadership is always willing to talk to us. Higher ups are harder to get a hold of. There is a separation in their minds between the HQ workers and the warehouse workers. Lack of communication on their end to the warehouse is a concern.

The Leadership team is great, they are open and share things that are going on and our successes. You can approach them and have a conversation.

They are great at understanding I have a life outside of work. They are pretty social among the group. I think overall they are great at their job.

The leadership team takes time to talk to the employees.

They are very knowledgeable and manage the business well. They do support the work.

I have a full benefits package. So Dental, Health, Eye, and Life Insurance policies brings peace of mind.

Our compensation package includes benefits, PTO, holidays, and bonuses at the end of the year (depending on if I met my goal and the company met theirs).

The bonus structure is fair and creates a strong motivation to work harder.

its more than just good pay; includes many good benefits and valuable intangibles.

I feel that the overall balance of benefits are fair and very accessbile when needed, without taking to much out of my paycheck.

I feel like the pay could be a little higher considering high inflation and that the company continues to grow rapidly. It's not bad pay, but I feel like it could be improved.

My team communicates really well. We have several Teams chats we utilize to make sure everyone is aware of what's going on. If someone needs help with something, several people are willing to come lend a hand.

They have a lot of experience. They usually have answers to my questions. They are a little cliquey though.

For the most part everyone is capable within their roles, and so our entire team functions well, and is viewed as capable to other teams.

Collaboration and quality of work.

It's a friendly atmosphere. Most everyone gets along with each other. Departments work together often, so there is a lot of collaboration that needs to happen. People are more willing to talk things through rather than complain to upper management.

For a large company, it has still retained a family feeling.

Everyone generally enjoys interacting with others. The communications between departments is excellent and insight/feedback between departments is top notch

It's very team oriented and I think we try very hard to make sure every person has a voice.

I really enjoy the love most of us have for the product. I think it helps us enjoy it more.

It's pretty straightforward. There are several questions we ask all applicants, so we get a decent understanding of how they compare to one another. It helps to see how they each handle the same scenarios differently.

It was straight-forward and I felt like I wasn't questioning when I should hear back at all.

I liked that they each had a list of questions that they followed. There weren't any questions I felt uncomfortable with.
