Back in the day, we dreamed of creating the best outdoor cooking experiences for large groups or families. For decades we relied on grills and other appliances to promote this joyful moment, but let's be honest, every time something seemed to be missing. When we’re barbecuing outside the rest of the family is still locked in the kitchen preparing other dishes. It's not the ideal experience. We wanted more; we wanted to COOK EVERYTHING OUTSIDE!
With a dedication to excellence and culinary greatness, that vision became a reality in 2008 with our cornerstone product, the 36” Blackstone Griddle. Since then, we have experienced significant growth, expanding both our product line and our expertise within the boundless world of griddling.
We have partnered with pro chefs, backyard master's and the everyday home-cook to craft a product that meets our highest standards.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team communicates really well. We have several Teams chats we utilize to make sure everyone is aware of what's going on. If someone needs help with something, several people are willing to come lend a hand.
They have a lot of experience. They usually have answers to my questions. They are a little cliquey though.
