What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership is always willing to talk to us. Higher ups are harder to get a hold of. There is a separation in their minds between the HQ workers and the warehouse workers. Lack of communication on their end to the warehouse is a concern.
The Leadership team is great, they are open and share things that are going on and our successes. You can approach them and have a conversation.
They are great at understanding I have a life outside of work. They are pretty social among the group. I think overall they are great at their job.

I love that I know them each personally and that they will listen to my ideas and offer their insight so together we can make the best decision for the company.
Many have grown up with the company, so still a very close connection to all the employees.
They are open to talking to people who don't directly report to them. I never feel like I'm bugging them when I have a question for anyone in leadership.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need more communication and better support. It seems like if you have questions they never get answered. Sometimes we don't have the right equipment or training to do our jobs.
