
My immediate leadership is always willing to talk to us. Higher ups are harder to get a hold of. There is a separation in their minds between the HQ workers and the warehouse workers. Lack of communication on their end to the warehouse is a concern.
The Leadership team is great, they are open and share things that are going on and our successes. You can approach them and have a conversation.
They are great at understanding I have a life outside of work. They are pretty social among the group. I think overall they are great at their job.
