What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a friendly atmosphere. Most everyone gets along with each other. Departments work together often, so there is a lot of collaboration that needs to happen. People are more willing to talk things through rather than complain to upper management.
For a large company, it has still retained a family feeling.
Everyone generally enjoys interacting with others. The communications between departments is excellent and insight/feedback between departments is top notch
It's very team oriented and I think we try very hard to make sure every person has a voice.

Everyone likes food, and people here are creative.
Everyone's love for food and cooking with eachother.
If you need help they will get you the help until you understand the work or if you are stressed they will take some work off until you are comfortable with just a couple tasks.
Pretty much everyone loves working here and it shows in their daily attitude and their treatment of others.
