For decades we relied on grills and other appliances to promote this joyful moment, but let's be honest, every time something seemed to be missing. What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a friendly atmosphere. Most everyone gets along with each other. Departments work together often, so there is a lot of collaboration that needs to happen. People are more willing to talk things through rather than complain to upper management.
For a large company, it has still retained a family feeling.
Everyone generally enjoys interacting with others. The communications between departments is excellent and insight/feedback between departments is top notch
It's very team oriented and I think we try very hard to make sure every person has a voice.
