What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need more communication and better support. It seems like if you have questions they never get answered. Sometimes we don't have the right equipment or training to do our jobs.

For the most part everyone is capable within their roles, and so our entire team functions well, and is viewed as capable to other teams.

Pretty much everyone loves working here and it shows in their daily attitude and their treatment of others.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was completely invited to share how my experience could benefit to the team. I was a referral and was familiar with Blackstone and Blackstone employees.

Everyone gets nervous about interviews, but the interview was pretty laid back. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation.

I'm most happy at work when I feel like I'm making a meaningful contribution. There has been no shortage of that in my time here and people are more than willing to show appreciation for the work that I do.
