A few expectations were off as it relates to commission/pay, territory and training. I'm looking forward to seeing company roles become more defined so the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. Even though some significant expectations were not as presented, I'm enjoying the role.

The compensation package was not clearly defined with full "mechanics" of our pay. The "on-target" commission was very misleading in the offer letter vs. the actual comp plan presented after I was hired. Transparency of this plan should be revealed upfront.
