The leaders we have at CarGurus are terrific. Jason, Sam, and Matt are all genuinely good people, which makes working for them a pleasure. They care about the culture here, the people, and the company. When they screw up, they tend to be accountable.

I think everyone here senses the gratification that comes along with success in this job. Not only individual success, but the success of the company as a whole. Were flat out making car-buying better for people. CG cares about their employees and their work/life as well.

Our team never accepts failure. We just keep going back to the plate and swinging away. Everyone on the team gets along really well and respects one another, which is great. We have a great culture on our team where reps help each other out without hesitation, and everyone works hard to over-achieve
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I would feel better about my compensation if it were just EQUAL to that of the US team members doing the same role. Frankly, the lack of transparency around compensation at the company, as a whole, is a big area for improvement in my opinion. Right now, a US rep with same role is making $45k more?!
