The workers try to keep each other motivated.
Finding ways to hire more people so we don't have to work long hours
Employees are over worked and under paid! Not getting much needed breaks is a regular thing, also violating meal breaks. There is no incentive to come to work and employees are put in dangerous work places where the temps are 110 degrees inside the shops. We need help please!
