What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, high integrity and always extremely professional with all levels within the company.
The leadership team needs some work. Housekeeping is what keeps the hotel running

they need to get better at everything
Better attitudes and a team over the age of 21. My boss can't even pour alcohol

There is room for improvement in every department
i feel extremely undervalued and i would feel better if i was paid more and treated like a human being.

Enthusiastic, highly qualified, responsible and each takes accountability and ownership of their position.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
my coworkers are bullies that torment me daily. i have gone to several higher ups and they've all turned a blind eye to my torture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We keep a happy attitude all the time to ensure the guest are happy at all times and we work together to do so.

We need to fire the CEO and hire someone who will take charge of a company and run it like a professional.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have so much revenue that can be used to benefit customers and draw more in but I work at a very selfish company.
The hours are long and the pay is low.

the supervisor i ave, the job I actually do and its a fun atmoshphere

the higher ups are impersonal and don't give their employees credit, praise, or acknowledgement for the work they do
