Too much favoritism. NO RAISE!! They don't care about safety. It seems like the company is happiest when the employees have to work in very uncomfortable conditions.

Positive experience. Team values, high integrity and colleagues are respectful and conscientious.

Generally a fast paced, and rewarding environment. Some positions can be more demanding than others and the company tries to commend hard work with recognition and some opportunity for advancement and pay raise.

I do not have a compensation package

Give us a raise every year, even if it's a cost of living increase. The last couple years, we were only given a 10 cent per hour raise. This year...nothing. It doesn't give much of an incentive to stay. (This is my 8th year)

The coworkers need to do their job the right way. They allow the customers to break all the rules, so when we follow the rules, the customers argue with me saying the other person said it was ok.

my coworkers are bullies that torment me daily. i have gone to several higher ups and they've all turned a blind eye to my torture.
