Lots of unpaid overtime, lack of deep genuine care about diversity issues. To improve it, there needs to concerted effort by management to champion diversity, and champion care for their employees.
Gender diversity is paid lip service, but I don't see concrete action being taken to rectify the problems in this workplace culture. It is unfortunate, as it means highly skilled women do not want to join the company, or if they have, they seem more likely to leave.
Some coworkers are very good, some are not. It is hard to give an overall rating. I see little allowance for personal time culturally. No one seems to see an issue with their coworkers working overnight, and seeing back and forth emails through the night into the early hours of the morning.
