I liked that I interviewed with multiple people at different levels of experience within the company.
The best part of the compensation is the ability to buy stock and have the company match your funds.
The leadership team needs to improve upon inspiring their members and rewarding them for their efforts via promotions, salary increases, and other forms of recognition.
My understanding is that other parts of the company are more welcoming and dynamic. My group (while mostly profitable) is stodgy and uninspired. Everyone's workload is so heavy that it leaves most of us little time for niceties or pleasantries.
Some of my coworkers are amazing people and colleagues. I would work with them on any project. However, a large percentage do the bare minimum, are not experienced/savvy enough to work autonomously, or are just not very conscientious. It is very frustrating.
I used to say that the quality of my coworkers and the satisfaction of seeing our clients happy were the best parts of my job. Sadly, I can no longer say that. Replacing experienced staff with cheaper resources and having clients with unreasonable demands/contracts make for a stressful work day.
