They are dependable, trustworthy, accountable and have amazing personalities. I do not have to micromanage and can always count on them to deliver results and support me as their leader when needed

Salary has not changed since starting with City in a different role. Role has changed multiple times and expanded with increased responsibilities but no change in compensation outside of annual COL adjustment. With expanded responsibility (increased store count) should increase compensation.

that we are truly one team. Almost everyone will raise their hand to support another team member, many times without even being asked. We have a great leadership team that puts trust in employees to make the right decision and will stand behind us.

Knowing my contributions positively impact the success of our other team members, customer and those outside of the organization that we work with. Additionally the relationships I have built, that have turned into what will be lifelong friendships is quite important
