Too much emphasis on presenting our team in a positive perspective instead of acknowledging and focusing on improvement
my overall experience is that are center is fall apart due to two hire ups that work outside of the company, we have be understaffed and dealing with overwhelming amount of donors at 109, changes need to be made and things need to be fixed in order for our center to be number one again

I wouldn't. I hate the place and cannot wait to leave.

fire all the management. They care nothing for the staff. Terrible. Terrible place to work.
