How employees describe working at CSL Behring
my overall experience is that are center is fall apart due to two hire ups that work outside of the company, we have be understaffed and dealing with overwhelming amount of donors at 109, changes need to be made and things need to be fixed in order for our center to be number one again

With no concern for the staff member at all.

Not at all. Same stuff rehashed for decades.

Badly.

Ability to work like a dog. Sleep little. Take abuse. Learn to be not recognised for anything you do.

Probably terribly, everything else is, so why is this different?

I wouldn't. I hate the place and cannot wait to leave.

fire all the management. They care nothing for the staff. Terrible. Terrible place to work.
