It was a different process 9 years ago, however having interviewed people now I like the perametres to ensure all candidates have a fair interview.

As a Store Manager having a senior team I believe all my team members except those capped out should be paid a higher wage. Also to compensate for cost of living in the lower mainland. Unless someone has a partner who is also paid well it is almost impossible to afford any luxeries.
