Open communication and flat hierarchy. Work hard and fast, but very accommodating when life intervenes (e.g. sick family, natural disasters, etc).

Open communication. Flat hierarchy so we can easily reach out to anyone within our team or company. Slack facilitates the communication.

They have a clear vision and are focused on execution. We do have a few different paths to success, and they do their best to prioritize across those paths.

Everyone willing to help each other, teamwork towards the common goal of company success and serving our customers. New hires are mentored by existing team members to get them productive as quickly as possible. Many forums to ask questions without being made to feel dumb.

Collaborative, open culture. Easy to talk to anyone including executives. We have a weekly all hands meeting where the CEO and executives from different areas (e.g. Finance, Product Management, Engineering, Sales) share key news from their areas. Instills ownership in the rest of the company.
