I've been here for 2 years now. In that time, the new exec team has overhauled the strategy and products for the organization. Since doing so, we've been winning. Our growth has led to additional investment, which fueled more growth and the cycle continues. Truly one of the most exciting places ever

We have one mission as an organization and almost without exception, there are no egos to deal with on the way to achieving that mission. They are smart, compassionate, motivated and really good at what they do.

There are so many things to like. There is a VERY generous wellness benefit, the company-wide time off is amazing and the health benefits are the best I've ever experienced. And it's gotten better every year I've been here.
