Pretty competitive and standard benefits like 403b (not-for-profit version of 401k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc. They contribute 5% into the 403b, then match up to an additional 5%. (So if you just contribute 5% of your salary, you'll see 15% total put into 403b.) Draper is also experimenting with unique benefits too: this year they offered a one-time $10k loan at 0% APR through the company's affiliation with MITFCU. It's become far more varied in the past couple of years. There has been a strong push to hire younger staff across all departments. Branding has been changing from a relatively hidden, mostly government contracting business, to a more public, accessible high tech organization.
