What benefits does Draper provide?
Top Employee Response
Pretty competitive and standard benefits like 403b (not-for-profit version of 401k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc. They contribute 5% into the 403b, then match up to an additional 5%. (So if you just contribute 5% of your salary, you'll see 15% total put into 403b.) Draper is also experimenting with unique benefits too: this year they offered a one-time $10k loan at 0% APR through the company's affiliation with MITFCU. They also subsidize parking or public transit pass, your pick.
