Lesser skilled, lesser experienced employees are being hired for $20K more then what employees that have been here for some time are making. If the work is going to quadruple then salaries should quadruple also....
I am very underpaid for the experience and knowledge I have. Employees that have been at Gainwell for a year are being taken advantage of. Extreme workloads and no pay increase. Candidates with half the experience are being paid twice as much.
