Gainwell is fine to work for. Better than DXC was. It's not the company to causes frustration as much as the line of business and the clients we have to deal with daily. No concern for setting us up to fail. We aren't magicians, can't pull rabbits out of our hats but I feel that's expected.

I love the work life balance. I love my team. It is a very positive environment. However, I often wonder about the security of my position. I know it will not last forever, and I just recently had my hours reduced. So, I feel as though it is coming.

Well, I did receive a rate increase in my pay, but I feel it was only because I had put in a 2-week notice and had a job lined up. I also believe that if the company does well, there should be incentives or bonuses that should be provided annually. There was no bonus or incentive paid in 2023.

I am paid pretty good. The overtime can be an issue at time. But the comp time helps.

Compensation, corporate wide, leaves a lot to be desired. Even though this is not a Gainwell influenced situation as much as it is a Gainwell acquired situation. EDS/HP/HPE/DXC has never rewarded their hardworking dedicated staff like they do new hires. That's just disappointing.

I currently make 15/hr, which is not enough to live comfortably. When I started in August, I was told I had to work a minimum of 25hrs/week with a maximum of 40hrs/week. I was recently told I could not work more than 29hrs/week with no warning. 29 hours per week at $15/hr is not enough. I struggle.

I have 3 years of experience in the organization, but I still get paid as an associate. I also live in Washington state; one of the expensive states to live. So, I think my pay is not fair at all.
