The job I was offered and the reality of the position are on different ends of a spectrum. Since I started holidays and floating holidays have been a carrot and many on the team haven't been allowed to take holidays. The company spin on these is that you get unlimited pto so it doesn't matter! LOL

Onshore Leaders are very professional and motivating. Gainwell has a great work-life balance. Offshore leadership is very biased. They don’t exhibit corporate culture. Offshore leaders do favours for their closest employees.
