What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor leadership makes it difficult to maintain morale.

Berating employees and threating their time off, spinning holiday and floating holiday loss as no big deal because Gainwell gives unlimited time off is a sell job employees aren't buying. Thankfully I haven't been refused time off yet but I get a team email weekly that holidays are doubtful.

More balanced workload, clearly defined goals and expectations, CLEANER COMMUNICATION between "levels". Some conversations are had that would be important to know about that we just aren't. That information tends to get lost or misconstrued.

The Gainwell culture is very corporate. The CEO and executive leadership are out of touch and all about the bottom line while giving actual working employees pitiful, expensive healthcare options.
