I feel valued by my VP and manager. My compensation is a step up from what I was making. However, sometimes it's not enough money to provide for my family but I make it work. I know I've only been in this position for a short time frame. If my salary was more that would be great.

More balanced workload, clearly defined goals and expectations, CLEANER COMMUNICATION between "levels". Some conversations are had that would be important to know about that we just aren't. That information tends to get lost or misconstrued.
