I didn't get much training when I first started. I had to try to figure everything out for myself. My recruiter was transitioning to another position, so they really didn't have much time for me. When I reached out to a team member, they ignored me. Over all, I'm trying to get my work done.
I look forward to pay days.
That I work from home.
My mentor became my friend.
We have monthly meetings that keeps us updated on how the account is going.
The positive environment is that I work from home. I'm still trying to understand the culture of the company.
I like that they're understanding when I have an unexpected upcoming appointment and I need to take a few hours off.
The only thing I can think of is that I know exactly how much I get paid during the pay period. Nothing that really stands out.
There's only one team member that would actually take time out to check up on me. She's the one that took time out of her busy schedule to train me in between doing her own work.
There are only a few (2 to 3) on other teams that I actually interact with. When I try to reach out to a team member on my own team, the person ignored me. I now only speak with those 2 to 3 people that are on other teams.
