Overall, it has been great. My main concern at this point is my benefits. I feel they are okay, but could be greater. We say that people are our product, I want to know that if something health related happens to my, I can still survive financially.
That what you see is what you get
Trust, compassionate, driven by purpose
They are supportive, fun, authentic, collaborative, driven, helpful, and motivating.
They challenge and support me to be the best I can be
Willingness to change process when things are not working or they could work better
Making money, meeting people, contributing to our orgs goals, making a difference in people's lives
I trust them and know they will make decisions quickly that directly allow me to do my work better
People and the work I do (being able to make a difference in people's lives by providing them with employment opportunities)
The combination of base salary and commission - I feel safe knowing I will have income, but motivated to increase it for myself.
Maternity/Paternity leave is an issue - at the very least we should be able to keep our commission pay as we have already put the time and effort into making that placement. Our CEO constantly talks about the importance of family and has even stopped meetings to greet his daughters.
