
This job is stressful and demanding. That causes a lot of burn out. I am not sure how to improve that.
Focus on retaining good employees. Good recruiters and sales people leave due to things that could easily be mitigated with a little bit of due diligence.
Improve benefits and allow opportunities for growth and compensation increases. For instance, it is virtually impossible for a recruiter to reach President's Club and sales makes a considerable amount more in commission. We are also often expected to put in off hour work without seeing results.
The benefits are garbage. I say this in every survey we are ever forced to take part in and I have seen 0 changes. 401k matching. More affordable healthcare options. Salary and commission should also be changed, it is difficult to make more money even when putting in a lot of work.
