This company is built on the foundation of training and placing people in new careers in the IT field. Due to this, the entire culture is very uplifting and supportive throughout the entire process, and coworkers are all in the same unique boat as you.

I love how positive, understanding, and reassuring they all are. It makes it much easier to show up and put my all into my work when I know my leaders care about me as a person in addition to how I'm growing in my personal career.
