
Females within the company are severely underpaid. There seems to be no direct connection between work performance & pay increases.
The company is talking the talk with key culture principles but simply not following through on any of them. Follow through!
This is a hard one to answer. The working level teams show up & work hard everyday, even given the staffing & management shortages we constantly face. The management team on the other hand seem only to care about numbers & manipulating metrics.
