Working with experienced operators when setting up new operations to ensure more efficient operations. Also better training of compaction setup and operations. Internal communications between shifts seem to be sketchy.

The Leadership Team needs to work on listening to employees, stop "checking the box" for the different initiatives that are rolled out, and do them correctly. Invest money in things that actually matter, why is a lot of GKN still using paper Work Instructions and Paper Routers and not a MES system.

Actually learning how to lead people. They tend to not be knowledgeable about the business so they make horrible decisions and never seem to be able to provide clear direction.
