Just overall being better people, they use and abuse anyone they can

They need to work on their foul language. They also need to do their jobs without expecting others to do it for them and stop expecting others to help them out so much.

Some could work a lot harder/put in the same effort ads the rest of the team.

Way too much back stabbing goes on.

Better financial accountability and communication

Stop blaming each other, work as one team, communicate with the other departments, and STOP doing "sneaky" things.
