How's the work life balance at GKN?
Depends on your job function and which program you work on. If you say you need to leave or you cannot support you are asked to find someone to replace you, but they will understand your need for a balance

future profit to current revenue; always have to push to replace which is a false stress b/c exec mgmt took profit as current.
Managers do not engage with staff on continuous basis. Meetings are often scheduled, rescheduled ultimately cancelled.
What is the best part about your compensation package at GKN?

Compensated properly, but because poor executive management and amount of work I have mostly performed the work of at least 2 other people.
What does the leadership team at GKN need to get better at?
Terrible, terrible move to bring a group from lost business as "directors" of new geographic locations.
